Recent reports on the launch of Redfall have narrowed down the potential release date to May 2nd. This news was revealed by eXtas1s, who had previously provided accurate information about Hideo Kojima’s Overdose. eXtas1s tweeted, “Redfall can be considered 100% certain with the launch date being May 2nd, 2023” after Brad Sams, another insider, posted some enigmatic tweets that hinted at Arkane’s upcoming game. These tweets have since been deleted, although they stated “Red Fall Second May” before being taken down.
On January 25th, Microsoft will host a Developer Direct event which will give more information on Redfall, The Elder Scrolls Online, Forza Motorsport, and Minecraft Legends. Microsoft delayed the game out of 2022 and declared that it will be released along with Starfield during the first half of 2023. This show will be streamed on Xbox and Bethesda’s respective Twitch and YouTube channels and will show off the new features and extended gameplay of these games. Starfield won’t be included but will get its dedicated showcase that will expand on Bethesda’s upcoming IP.
